Report Description

The Initial Campus Return Clearance report displays data fields that relate to capturing and consolidating from the initial survey for return to campus activity with two tabs Executive Summary and Executive Summary with Including Not Submitted Status.  This dashboard is retrieving data from Archivum for the survey results to determine how many total people are returning or not returning to campus for Fall 2020.

Executive Summary

Filters

Global Department 

Global Department name associated with person completing the survey.

College Name

Name of College associated with person completing the survey.

Returning Campus

The campus an individual selected when completing the survey, in which they would be returning to in the fall.

Primary Role

The role of the individual completing the survey as defined in MIM: e.g. Faculty, Student, Staff

Visualization

Response Progress

Gauge to display the number of individuals that have completed the return to campus survey.

Returning to Campus

Chart displaying the answer to the question if an individual will or will not return to campus in the fall.

Returning Campus

Donut chart displaying showing the number that are returning to campus by each campus.

Returning Status

Donut chart displaying the breakdown of status by count and percentage for returning to campus.

Incident Status

Donut chart displaying the breakdown for close or in-progress incidents.

Count by Role

Bar chart that displays the count by status for each role (e.g. staff, student, faculty, etc.)

Data Refreshed On

Data in this report is not live, but refreshed daily from an Archivum database. The date and time on the bottom right of the report displays when it was refreshed from the database.
