Enhanced Gen Ed Courses Report

The Enhanced Gen Ed Courses report is designed for USF's Office of Undergraduate Studies to identify all General Education courses that are included in the Ged Ed curriculum. These courses are flagged in the system as one of the following:

  • State General Education requirements
  • Enhanced General Education requirements
  • FKL General Education and FKL Capstone Learning Experience requirements





Report : Enhanced Gen Ed Course Report

The Enhanced Gen Ed Courses report displays a list of undergraduate courses with the Enhanced General Education requirement that it satisfies. Each course also includes the High Impact Practice (HIP) requirement, if applicable.

Tab 1: Enhanced Gen Ed / HIP Courses and Attributes

This tab displays the report for the Enhanced Gen Ed/HIP Courses in tabular format. The table lists the course as it displays in the course catalog, including its number, section, term, and title. A separate row displays for each Enhanced General Education Attribute/HIP attribute that the specific course satisfies. For example, Course Number 3320, Law and Business 1, taught in Spring 2019 is listed twice to show that it satisfies both the 6ACT - USFT State Communication and the TGED - USFT Human/Cultural Diversity requirements. 

The table can be sorted by any attribute by clicking the column header. 

You can select from the filters to view a selected department, a particular college, or one or more Gen Ed or HIP attributes. See the definitions below for information on each of these terms.
